eRuf Stormster EV based on Porsche Cayenne
eRuf Stormster is the first electric SUV in the world. Based on the Porsche Cayenne it is driven by a Siemens electric motor, with 270 kW (367 bhp).
The Stormster weighs 2,670 kg and reaches 100 km/h in 10 seconds. The top speed is 150 km/h, and it has a range of 200 km from a full charge.
Lithium ion batteries are supplied by Li-Tec Battery GmbH, which is the first manufacturer of lithium ion battery cells in Europe, designed for the automobile industry using ceramic storage technology.
eRuf Stormster is available in the standard Cayenne body or a Dakara called wide-body. No information on the planned production numbers and pricing. The Stormster public debut is at the European Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark from December 7th to 18th.
