speedART BTR II 580 based on the Porsche 997 Turbo (Gen II)
Porsche tuner speedART has taken the second generation 911(997) Turbo as a base for their new project called BTR II 580. Power on the stock 911 Turbo has been increased from 500 hp to 580 hp and 720 Nm of torque.
speedART engineers installed revised engine electronics and a new sport exhaust system. The sport exhaust is available with sound control switch, too.
0-100 km/h 62 mph) comes in just 3.2 seconds and the top speed is 325 km/h (210 mph). Price for the complete power kit “BTR II 580″ is 9.890 euros.
BTR body kit costs another 5.100 euros and includes an optimized front chin spoiler for more downforce and better brake cooling, side skirts, rear diffuser, roof top spoiler and a rear spoiler wing. The BTR body kit is painted in a bi-color version with additional side stickers. Inside changes include a new sport steering wheel with F1 shift paddles for PDK, sport seats, carbon fiber trim and special leather/alcantara applications. speedART also offers 20-inch twin spoke wheels for 6.640 euros.
Those who are looking for more power need to wait for a little as another power kit with 650 hp and bigger VTG-turbo chargers is in preparation.
