Ferrari 360 Spider Ended Up In The Sea

by Alex

Today was not the luckyest day for a driver and his red Ferrari 360 Spider because they ended up in the sea, when the brakes failed on a downhill slope. This rather unusual crash happened on the island of Pag, Croatia. This Ferrari 360 Spider is registrated on Slovenian plates and is normally parked in the streets of Ljubljana.

If you don’t know, the 360 Spider is Ferrari’s 20th road-going convertible and it is the best spider Maranello has ever produced in terms of engineering, looks and performance.

Also, thanks to the exclusive experience Ferrari has accumulated as a Formula 1 constructor, it is the most technologically advanced convertible available today. This car car’s mid-mounted V8 engine can be a problem, but despit this, Ferrari’s engineers have found a way of creating a hood that automatically folds away inside the engine bay, thus ensuring purity of line.

This car is priced around $160,000
