Jaguar XKR “Goodwood Special” in lime green

by Ionut Dragomir

This one-off special model will make its world debut at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. Based on the 2010 XKR it features performance upgrades and a louder exhaust.

Jaguar did not offer any specific details, but stated the car allowed their engineers to explore some performance boundaries.

As well as performance enhancements and a louder exhaust, this one-off XKR, features 21-inch wheels and a lowered ride-height. The exterior also stands out with a unique Lime Green paint scheme and XKR exterior graphics along with satin graphite detailing to the front grilles, headlights, door mirrors, side window surrounds, rear signature blade and bonnet louvres.

Just a refresher that a stock 2010 XKR comes with a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 producing 510 horsepower and 625NM of torque, 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) comes in 4.6 seconds.

This one-off XKR will also take part of the ‘Supercar run’, driven by Mike Cross, Jaguar’s Chief Engineer of Vehicle Integrity.
